ought to be able to set member-order default for sphinx-apidoc #1517
Description
This lack makes difficult the auto-generation of .rst files for a documentation build. Either the module.rst file must be maintained by hand, or the member-order option can not be used, or the module.rst file must be post-processed somehow to add that option.
I'm sure there are other options that can also not be set except by editing the file directly, but this is the only one that I am immediately aware of, so it must stand in for all the ohter.
