Section numbers not removed when :numbered: option is removed from toctree

Any updates on this one? Section numbering does look a little strange in HTML

Please use make clean html instead.
I think much changes around doc-dependency manager are needed to fix this.

I still get section numbers appearing in the output even when I run make clean html.

I had another look into this, and found that the documents I was importing had a sectnum directive, so that was the cause of my problem. Thank you for responding!
