Migrate old plugins to new plugins directory #1
Description
This PR spinframework/spin#3039 updates Spin to store plugins for Homebrew installations at /opt/homebrew/spinframework-spin instead of /opt/homebrew/fermyon-spin. On the next release of Spin, we should add a section to the beginning of the post-install that migrates over the directory contents.
