Update domain name to spinkube.dev?

This project currently uses the kwasm.sh domain name. I seem to recall there was discussion in previous SpinKube meetings around updating this to use spinkube.dev, similar to the recent update in the Spin Operator project. If we'd like to do so, updating prior to the first release could be a good idea.
