Add documentation heading to generated wit #17

Include a documentation comment in the generated WIT document. Someone might look at the generated file or stumble across a new repo with a deps.wit and wonder if they need to be manually updating this. At the very least, it would be good to say "GENERATED CODE! Generated by -". We might even want to include a short sentence on its purpose and where to find more information.
