VS F5 Debug?

Haven't had a chance to install & test drive yet, but a question on the spin build / spin up dance: how much if any integration is there for VS Run / VS Debug?

For VS Code you can use the spin-vscode extension to get Build and Run actions. We don't have a good debugging story as yet - I know Microsoft have demonstrated debugging .NET running under WASI but I haven't yet figured out how to integrate that into the IDE.

For VS itself, we haven't tackled any kind of integration there yet, and I'm afraid I can't estimate any sort of timeframe for that. Sorry.
