Setup non-conformance tests

We have good testing infrastructure for conformance testing, but we should add the ability to add tests (that work just like conformance tests) which test spin-test specific behaivor that might not be appropriate for conformance tests.

For example, we should add a test for #107 that the body was correctly set.
