docs: Update Rancher Desktop tutorial

The Rancher Desktop tutorial can be updated to use the latest developments from Rancher Desktop:

Check to see what changes land in this recent Rancher Desktop blog post - that is newer than the original documentation - and update both instructions and screenshots.

I am using Ubuntu and running the latest available version via apt.
Not seeing the Spin Operator check box in the preferences.

Did you want to edit the Rancher Desktop tutorial page with an update so we can share this with the community?

Love the Rancher Desktop blog btw. Happy to review updates to it also if you want to include any new Rancher Desktop features/preferences.

@tpmccallum first of all thanks a lot for the kind words.

Concerning the UI, it will be (normally) updated with the next Rancher Desktop version and will impact mainly the docs, as everything will be "pre-configured" for the users.

For the blog post, I'll update it but not really related to Spin or SpinKube itself. But one of the KinD maintainers provided a very nice trick to update a configuration, and I think it can help a lot the whole community.

Once we know the dates for the next release, I'll let you know here and in the Slack channel.
