No difference between placeholder and actual value

There seems to be no difference in color between placeholder value and actual value.

The "Group name" & "$" are placeholders and they seem like actual value.

They should be greyed out a bit to give them placeholder look.

I believe this not to be a styling issue. They look the same because they are the same: actual text in the input. So the solution would be to use placeholder text, rather than values. It would also make data entry faster. As of now, it is necessary to delete those example participant names to type the real ones, and also one has to delete a default zero amount of money when creating expenses, instead of typing right away.
