Add support for page author

Hello DW2PDF team

DW2PDF supports quite a lot of replacement patterns (e.g. @USERNAME@ – name of the user who creates the PDF), but there's no pattern for the last author of the page itself (like it is shown in the footer area of each wiki page)

Is it possible to either add this as a new pattern or is there any other known workaround which would show the authors name on the pdf extract? (As we are planning to create some kind of offical documents with it, it would be essential for us that the author is also mentioned on the document)

Any proposals?
