Replace “Alerts & Detectors” with “Detectors & SLOs”

Describe the change

The left navigation is “Detectors & SLOs”, not “Alerts & Detectors”. Therefore, the relevant wording should be corrected.

@taquaki-satwo Hi Takaaki, thank you for submitting this PR! Just to let you know, the doc team don't make direct edit to the Japanese documentation files. The Japanese version of the doc is generated based on the English version, so when submitting PRs in this repo, we only change the English files. I have opened and merged another PR to apply your suggested changes here to the English files only, so I'll close your PR.
