Hi! I’m Jorge, a frontend developer focused on building modern, lightweight, and fully editable UI tools for the web.

I create open-source projects mainly around Astro, TypeScript, and modern CSS, with a strong focus on developer experience, performance, and ownership of code. Many of my tools follow a generator-first approach: instead of hiding logic behind heavy abstractions, they give developers real, readable code they can fully control and adapt.

Open source is a big part of how I learn, experiment, and give back to the community. I enjoy designing low-level UI components, exploring hybrid patterns (static by default, interactive only when needed), and sharing practical solutions for real projects.
