Become a sponsor to Khen Solomon Lethil
Hi, I’m Khen Solomon Lethil, originally from Myanmar. I work as an independent open-source developer, driven by a passion to preserve, support, and modernize Myanmar language, scripts, and culture through technology.
Over the years, I’ve created and maintained several projects that many people use daily:
- MyOrdbok – a modern and comprehensive online Myanmar dictionary that makes learning and reference accessible to everyone.
- Lai Siangtho – a project that helps organize and sort the Bible in tribal scripts, making it easier for communities to read and share.
- Zaideih – a volunteer initiative to stream and preserve tribal music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, keeping a fading cultural heritage alive.
Why It Matters
For me, these aren’t just coding projects—they’re about preserving language, culture, and identity in a digital age. Many of the languages, texts, and music I work with are at risk of being forgotten. By building tools and platforms, I hope to make them freely available to the next generation.
Why I Need Your Support
All of my projects are open-source and licensed under MIT, which means they’re completely free for anyone to use, share, or build upon. But maintaining them requires ongoing time, energy, and resources.
Your sponsorship will directly help me:
- Keep these projects alive and sustainable.
- Improve and expand features for users.
- Continue preserving cultural heritage through technology.
Even small contributions make a real difference. Thank you for reading this far, and for considering supporting my work—it means a lot.
1 sponsor has funded khensolomon’s work.
If I could reach 50 sponsors each month, it would give me the stability to focus more on the practical side of maintaining and improving these projects. It may sound simple, but for me it would be a dream come true—a small but meaningful step that makes this work sustainable and keeps it freely available for everyone.

SelectContinuous Development Sponsorship
Think of this as buying me a cup of coffee each month. It helps me stay energized and gives me an extra hour to read, write, and improve code. Small, steady support like this makes a real difference in keeping momentum alive.

SelectHalf the Server
At this level, you’re covering about half the cost of running servers for MyOrdbok, Zaideih, and Lai Siangtho. Your support keeps these tools online, maintained, and freely accessible to thousands of people.
$50 a month
SelectFull Server
This sponsorship fully covers the monthly server costs for my projects. The way I see it: the first 30 days are powered by me, and the next 30 days are powered by you. Together, we keep MyOrdbok, Zaideih, and Lai Siangtho running smoothly for at least 60 days. Your support not only covers the technical bills—it ensures these resources remain reliable and accessible to everyone who depends on them.

SelectReality Daydream
This tier means the world to me. It gives me the freedom to step away from regular work for at least a full day each month and dedicate that time entirely to development, improvements, and new ideas. You’re helping turn a daydream into reality.
