Hi! I'm Sateesh Peri, Founder & Bioinformatics Consultant at Perimatrix IT Consultancy (since October 2024), where I lead a team delivering tailored, cutting-edge bioinformatics solutions. I'm also a Core Team Member at nf-core (since May 2024), helping oversee the day-to-day running of the nf-core organization that maintains open-source best-practice bioinformatics pipelines.

Currently, I offer services as a Pipeline Engineer | IS&T Consultant at ClearNote Health (since January 2025).

My journey includes being a Lead Bioinformatician & Developer Advocate at MemVerge (2023-2025), where I promoted Memory Machine™ software for making cloud-native computing more accessible, and my previous role as Bioinformatics Pipeline Engineer at ClearNote Health (2022-2023), developing Nextflow pipelines for cancer liquid biopsy diagnostics. I also contributed to public health as a Bioinformatics Developer at CDC(USA) (2021-2022), implementing pipelines for disease surveillance.
