add code-server in docker-compose.yml

I was having trouble being able to visualize some things that the gems do, and being able to customize the spree by calling some of the gems' standard methods, so I needed to access the gems and visualize what did what and then be able to call these methods after doing what I would like to do, so a The solution was to add the code-server to docker-compose.yml, I wrote about it in the link below.
