Spring Blog Page Navigation not considering year/month/date pattern while navigating

Recently I noticed that we can access spring blog by /year/month/date. but when click on bottom page nav year/month/date is not considered for page load.

Eg :

Try accessing https://spring.io/blog/2019, in bottom page we get page navigation, but when click on page 2. It takes you to https://spring.io/blog?page=2 instead of https://spring.io/blog/2019?page=2.

Trying manually in browser https://spring.io/blog/2019?page=2 works though.
