Adding Spring Cloud Vault support to generated apps #238

Hello,
Since Spring Cloud Vault is an integral part of the Spring cloud stack as much as Spring Cloud Config Client, I think it's veryuseful and interesting to integrate it into applications ?
Disabled by default.
The addition of spring-cloud-vault-config-rabbitmq in the applications generated for RabbitMQ is also interesting.
Also Database backends for JDBC applications...
The only currently possible solution is this one, Ability to add external libs to generated apps #236, which poses many compatibility problems between the versions of the dependencies...
