Automatically update version of CycloneDX Gradle Plugin

spring-projects/spring-boot#44753 updated the CycloneDX Gradle Plugin to 2.2.0. start.spring.io hardcodes it to 1.10.0. We should change that and use the same version as Spring Boot does, preferably automatically.
