Add Grafana LGTM support to OtlpLoggingConnectionDetails #42163
Description
OtlpMetricsConnectionDetails and OtlpTracingConnectionDetails both support Grafana LGTM stack containers coming from Docker Compose and Testcontainers.
Service connection support for OtlpLoggingConnectionDetails has been added in #41324, but only for the otel/opentelemetry-collector-contrib image.
We should add Grafana LGTM for consistency.
