Improve version upgrade suggestions when version is aligned

Currently, when the version is aligned, upgrades are suggested anyway with no indication that the current version is aligned. We could:

1. offer no suggestions at all when the version is already aligned
2. suggest possible upgrades but make it clear that the current version is aligned

I think 2 is the better option. It gives us a chance to see the upgrades that would be possible if a dependency upgrade was made in the project with which we're aligning.
