Align reactive EndpointRequest and EndpointRequestTests with servlet equivalents #44189
Description
#44188 updated the servlet EndpointRequest and EndpointRequestTests. While the reactive variants were not affected by the bug, we should make similar updates on the reactive side to minimise the differences between the two.
