Deleting an Entity Record with 2 required relationships with same record of another Entity results in InvalidDataAccessApiUsageException

Upgrading an application that have an Entity (EntityA) with 2 required relationships with the same Entity (EntityB). And a EntityA record have both relationships to same EntityB record, that EntityA record cannot be removed.

Deleting it causes:

Workarounds:

• downgrade from hibernate 6.6.x to hibernate 6.5.x.
• forbit relationships with same record.
• Use cascade remove.

Could you provide a reproducer project?

This sounds very much like a Hibernate issue, since all the JPA mapping is done by it and a Hibernate downgrade fixes the issue.
I recommend creating a reproducer based purely on Hibernate and submitting an issue with them.

If you think this is actually a Spring Data issue, please provide a reproducer for the issue including a test case that demonstrates the correct behaviour using the EntityManager directly.
