1 base index issue

when
spring.data.web.pageable.one-indexed-parameters=true

client could have duplicate result by sending 0 and 1 to page parameter.

when 1 base index is activated, it should throw exception or log warning whenever it receives 0 on page parameter.

We default to the first page when the page parameter is invalid (e.g. non-parseable) or exceeds its bounds (e.g. a negative page parameter). If you require additional checks for your use-case. then ideally subclass PageableHandlerMethodArgumentResolver and implement a check there.
