How to use antora to build framework-docs?

I want to build the documentation pages under the framework-docs directory using antora.

I have read the official antora documentation, but I encounter some Gradle errors during execution. Could you provide a complete build guide?

If you're encountering issues with your build environment, I think you'll have to reach out to StackOverflow as this will be a local setup issue. The documentation is building fine on our GitHub actions.

I successfully built using this link,

but the documentation web site under the framework-docs directory was not generated. It seems that I need to execute antora antora-playbook.yml to build the web site. When I run it, it first fetch doc from https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework according to antora-playbook.yml

and then takes a long time and no respond.

Is it because the documentation is too large? or do I need to execute some other command to build the documentation site?

I build antora demo on my device is ok.
