Deprecate Hamcrest methods in WebTestClient #35703
Description
Similar to the direction for RestTestClient in #35702, for WebTestClient we are going to take the step to deprecate Hamcrest methods in 7.0, and eventually remove them. Hamcrest doesn't provide enough value and can cause classpath issues such as #35666.
We can also look to provide AssertJ extensions for WebTestClient as we intend to do for RestTestClient in #35701.
