Refine Kotlin Serialization codec type checks

ServerSentEvent and String checks, removed from KotlinSerializationSupport in Spring Framework 7.0, should be reintroduced at the right level (KotlinSerializationSupport for ServerSentEvent and KotlinSerializationString(Decoder|Encoder) for String).
