Refer to "Spring Tools" instead of "Spring Tools for Eclipse" in reference manual #35901
Description
In the reference manual, there are a few places where we refer to the "Spring Tools for Eclipse" -- for example, in the SpEL chapter.
However, Spring Tools no longer provides support only for Eclipse. Spring Tools also supports VS Code and Theia for quite some time now, and support for Cursor is coming in Spring Tools 5.0.
Thus, we should simply refer to that product family as "Spring Tools" like on the official Web site.
