Keep EnableWebMvcSecurity Link

So that links across the Internet that are pointed at
#mvc-enablewebmvcsecurity still arrive at a relevant place,
this commit re-adds the mvc-enablewebmvcsecurity link, even
though @EnableWebMvcSecurity itself is now removed.
