support hierarchical document symbols in Spring symbols views #1555
Description
Both the standalone Spring symbols view as well as the popup dialog to navigate to Spring symbols should be enhanced to show a hierarchy of symbols when showing symbols for a file (using the DocumentSymbol instead of the WorkspaceSymbol from the language server). Everything else should remain the same as is.
