show document symbols tree expanded by default #1564
Description
As a follow up from #1555, the document symbols tree that shows up in the popup dialog as well as the symbols view should be expanded by default, so that the user doesn't have to expand nodes manually to see all the symbols.
The tree should stay expanded as well when the user is typing something into the filter/search bar, of course... :-)
