Custom Predbat table card can now show debug metadata

Just wanted to create awareness for @springfall2008 and others on an important update to the custom table card.

I added the function to show the table metadata that the original card shows on my card too:

Please set the show_table_meta config item to true in the card YAML to see this. Hopefully this will help debugging when folks are using my card.
