There is no 'charge the battery to full' option on predbat, instead as Predbat is doing it does a least cost optimisation of your electricity usage. You can increase load scaling to weight increased load more, and increase the plan duration so predbat can "see" more into the future and thus plan based on further future demand. Your export rate looks exceptionally low, is this correct? With the rate this low there will be little benefit to Predbat importing to export later on. You can always add an automation to force predbat to charge more overnight e.g.

I am on Octopus Go with cheap rate 00:30 -> 05:30.
Recently I have found batpred is not fully charging my battery during this period, but instead charging it to how much electricity it thinks we will need. Therefore if we use more electricity than it predicts we run out of battery. There is no disadvantage to fully charging the battery to 100% during the cheap rate, is there a way to configure this? It seems to only fully charge the battery if it plans to export it at a later timeslot.
An example plan is shown here, I would prefer to end up with 100% battery at 05:30.
