API link to intelligent octopus go

Hi,

Trying to use the compare feature of predbat for tariffs to work out when it's best to switch from intelligent octopus flux to intelligent octopus go and the link to intelligent octopus go api is no longer working.

I think it's due to them due fixed 12month contracts.

Can anyone let me know the new api link old link given as an example below:

This seems to list them all : https://api.octopus.energy/v1/products/

There seems to be a few more tarrif now ( I am just on flux ), but the new Go tarriff seems to be number 20.

I can see the import - but i can't figure the export :

Geoff - could this not be scripted going forward ?

If the all the product version are available via an API can direct from Octopus, could they not just be enumerated and put in a selection box of something ( is probably way more complex than is seems though )

I would be a nice feature add rather than having to keep checking the main documentation for updates

It would be great to do so.

The problem is that I don't think there is any fixed "key" to the Octopus products that can easily be used to parse the product list

e.g. looking at the product list in a json viewer https://jsonhero.io/j/u4JHC9mVFA4U/editor?path=%24.count

The only key is the code and that includes the product date, and they will change when Octopus brings out new versions of the products.

This issue of iGo not working was highlighted with issues being raised a while ago which is why I updated it.

The product list looks like it only contains the current product, so intelligent Go appears as a fixed product for example, not a variable as per the current URL.

About the best I can do is to add a link to the Octopus product list in the documentation with advice to check it if the compare stops working for a particular tariff

Edit: Looks like the URLs for outgoing are wrong as well, the OUTGOING-VAR-BB is for ex-Bulb customers not main Octopus customers. I'll fix that as well
