Refactor, cleanup

• LiquidityPool.ASSETS -> LiquidityPool.ASSET.
• Add isActive == true and isFrozen == false checks to LiquidityPoolAave constructor.
• Merge deploy/upgrade logs to be a single file per chain/env.
• Update network config DepositProfit comment to: Address that can deposit profit to the Liquidity Hub.
