Consider removing providers from the routes configuration of Rebalancer and Repayer #138
Description
While it was in the original spec, it should be safe to assume that if provider adapter is a part of the contract, and it is configured then it should be up to the caller to decide which provider to use, and the adapter should make sure funds will get to the right place.
