Implement M0 liquiditation provider

With M0 protocol, input token will be m-extension token and output token would be usdc. That means we will receive m-extension token on repayer that needs to be exchanged back for usdc before sending to pool. I imagine we need something similar to local provider thats integrating M protocol issuer.
