[WP Bug] Won't block YouTube oEmbed #3

Describe the bug
Installing and activating the plugin would show the consent banner, but irrespective of what I click (Accept/Reject) or don't click, the out-of-the-box YouTube embed seems to be just working fine. (i.e. it doesn't ever get blocked)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Install bog standard WP 5.7.2
- Embed a YouTube video with the built-in editor
- Install 'Cookie Consent & Autoblock'
- Open the page with the embedded video
- Observe, that before clicking Accept (or even after clicking 'Reject') you can play the video.
Expected behavior
The embedded video gets blocked until the user clicks 'Accept'.
