Add Chocolatey package for Windows #12
Description
Chocolatey is a package manager for Windows apps. You can publish packages for open-source software so Windows users could deploy Sqlectron by running choco install sqlectron-term.
There's a pretty simple spec file to describe the package, and the actual download comes from the published release, so it would still be hosted on GitHub in the usual way.
Happy to do all the work myself, just wanted to check you're happy having it hosted on Chocolatey.
