Can't install extension from VS Code Marketplace - manifest mismatch

Hi,

I can't install the extension on the most recent insiders version of VS Code and as well not 1.108 stable:

Hi @firegate22 , we are aware of the issue (which is due to the change in publisher), and a new release is being worked on: #185

Is the also causing the issue I'm experiencing where I have auto-update installed, and "Restart Extension" wont' got away, every time I click it I see some activity in the vscode "Extension Host" log but it won't go away?
