Update common-files.txt and sha256sums.txt for file corrections and checksum adjustments

- Corrected the filename from 'error. og' to 'error.og' in common-files.txt.
- Removed several outdated file paths from common-files.txt.
- Updated the SHA256 checksum for common-files.txt in sha256sums.txt to reflect the changes made.
