Isso commenting system not working properly.

I am trying to use Isso commenting system along with mkdocs-material , but I seem to encounter 404 GET /js/embed.min.js,
But I am unable to understand why, Could anyone help me?
Please refer below:
mkdocs.yml

The main.html is placed under custom_theme directory, to override the disqus block with that of isso.

But I don't see any changes in the site, What can I be missing out?
I am getting this in the log,

Am I missing something?

What's the value of config.extra.comments_url? Could you share your mkdocs.yml?

I have no idea how Isso works, but it seems that this variable is either empty or set to the same value as site_url, and there's no file under /js/embed.min.js, which resolves to the value set as docs_dir (default: docs).
