Jittering page scroll with navigation.tabs

Hi all,

I have an issue when using navigation.tabs when my content is of a specific height in the window where the tabs do not hide themselves completely when scrolling down.

If I scroll down quickly to the footer, the tabs get stuck halfway between hiding themselves and cause the page to jitter (shake) up and down. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this bug?

I identified the issue. My extra.css was conflicting. Thanks!
