Are you sure you haven't enabled auto_title in pymdownx.highlight? SuperFences does not add the titles by default. You have to enable them. Material also does not add titles automatically either as it relies on SuperFences/Highlight to do so.

I am the author of SuperFences and use Material and MkDocs myself and only ever get titles when explicitly enabled via auto_title or when specifying a title via:

import foo.bar
import boo.baz
import foo.bar.baz
```

Thanks, man, for your help; yes, it enabled auto_title in pymdownx.highlight, and I missed it. My bad
now it's false and removes custom css as well.
