How to get tags working? Please, help

I added tags plugin as suggested in the docs, but can't get it working on my PC or Github Pages
On PC there is a warning when I run mkdocs serve:

WARNING  -  Config value: 'plugins'. Warning: Plugin 'tags' value: 'enabled'. Warning: Unrecognised configuration name: enabled

mkdocs-material version is 8.5.6

Found a solution. My mistake, I added tags at the bottom of .md file.
When I add them at the top, all works correct
