Link color not changing with primary one

I have the following problem: my link colour doesn't change with the primary one. It always remains at indigo.

Here is what my config looks like:

From the docs I get the impression that setting the primary would also change the link colors. Is this correct?

What you're describing works perfectly on our own documentation, i.e. the link color changes to the primary color if you click on the color tiles. Please make sure that the error is not in your overrides.

Thanks for the reply. As an open source maintainer myself I understand the frustration of newcomers asking silly questions.

Your comment made me try harder and I figured out what the problem was: I had to add scheme: default.

This is a bit puzzling to me as I thought it already was the default but perhaps I misunderstood. Should it have worked without specifying scheme: default in the config?

Ah, right. This might be a CSS specificity issue then. You can create an issue and I'll look into it. It should work without.

I think so. From my rudimentary CSS knowledge it looks like a variable from the wrong scope is used to when defining md-typeset-a-color.

I will open a ticket.
