Suspect for a bug: Unintended Feature

Issue: When I click the tile, instead of trying to change the color of the content, it changes for its next content

Action: I click on the "slate" tile

Expected Result: I think it is intended to do something like this

Result: But instead, I got this (the below content is changed)

It also affects the rest of the tiles in the following way:

• Click the tile from "color scheme", but "primary color" changed
• Click the tile from "primary color", but "accent color" changed
• Click the tile from "accent color", but "color palette toggle" changed

The value-changing scripts specify their targets by the IDs of the pres. Normally, the IDs start with __code_1 in a page, even in the cloned official site, and the scripts expect that. However, the IDs in the real official site start with __code_0 and scripts' targets are shifted.

The IDs seem to be numbered by the code copy button feature. I have yet to figure out how the IDs are defined.

If I am not wrong then there might be another bug that is related to this in that mkdocs.

Thanks for investigating – this is likely an inconsistency between the community version and Insiders due to the latest addition of the code line highlight feature. Could you please create a documentation issue? I'll look into it then.

This problem was related to an inconsistency of the community edition and Insiders. Reported in #5213 and fixed in 5f02d02.
