What open source ticketing system are you using and how do you integrate it into Material for MkDocs?

I'm curious what people are using for an open source ticketing system that uses Material for MkDocs as a knowledge base. If you're not using it as a knowledge base, are you integrating a ticketing system into Material for MkDocs in another way? I'm curious to know how people integrate the two together. Thanks so much!
