Permalinks/Anchors for Section Headers

Edit: Silly me, it was just improperly indented in my mkdocs.yml. If you have the same issue, check your indenting.

How do you get these permalinks to appear for headers? I would like to be able to link to any type of header size but I'm not sure how to get it to show up at all.

I've tried the toc Markdown extension with permalink: true but that doesn't seem to be it.

I am using markdown for all of these headers.
