Is it possible to redirect external links in the blog plugin?

I'm using the blog plugin. Upon clicking the blog title, I want to redirect to an external page rather than the blog content. Is this possible?

Not sure I understand you right. You want to produce the blog index but when someone clicks through to the actual post you want them to be send to a URL outside your site? There is a redirect.html template that you could try using:

Yes! That's exactly what I'm looking for. I would also like this URL to be different for each post.

It goes in the page header, so each time the location can be different. If a large enough number of posts point to the same location then you can use the meta plugin to set the header fields for all files in a folder.
