Feature Request: Support for section-level not just document-level tags

Context

I am interested in having tags like

(it could contain multiple tags so multiple of these blue rectangles that are clickable)

Looks like sphinx supports them natively, I am unsure how to support them in mkdocs/techdocs.

Description

I cannot find a section-level (please correct me if I am using wrong terminology) tags for mkdocs/techdocs.

I just realized I only read the issue text, not the headline 🤦‍♂️ Sorry! So section-level tags are currently not supported. Could you please expand a little on how you imagine this to work from an authors perspective, i.e., where would you specify the tags? A motivating example helps us to understand why you think this is necessary and how this might be implemented.

I was thinking of when you click on a tag in a doc in goes to tag list and when you go to the tag list and click on that tag, it will show all pages with that tag and if you click on one, it would go to that section of doc. I wasn't sure if this is what we are after?

Also, we want to support something like:

Thanks! It's nothing we will implement right now due to our feature freeze, but we'll consider it once we work on tags again. Additionally, we need to ensure a better authoring experience than attribute lists / definition lists.
